We advise that all members try to attend all meetings, but if missing a meeting is necessary due to extenuating circumstances, it is required that this document is filled out and returned to Ms. Ryan. Excused absences require approval at least 48 hours in advance of a meeting. Only Ms. Ryan can approve of excused absences. Each member will be allowed one unexcused absence to a mandatory meeting without penalty. However, multiple unexcused absences may change your status as a member and may result in probation or even dismissal.
